I am a recovering change management consultant. Over the last 20 years or so, I’ve focused my career on helping projects succeed with change management. But I was wrong- find out how to do it right.
You're doing change management wrong. Instead of educating people, communicating, assessing, but you're not truly creating. engagement or buy-in. Project won't succeed without engagement or buy-in from your employees. Asking what would prevent changes from succeeding is an easy thing to do, but is not part of the current process.
Do change management correctly by giving your employees a voice in ways that will make your initiatives and changes SUCEED!
